Delmar Publishing was founded by Dr. Marilou Ryder, bestselling author, educator, former school superintendent, and leadership expert.
After writing and publishing her own books, Marilou understood both the excitement and the challenges of bringing a book into the world. Delmar Publishing grew from a simple belief: authors deserve professional guidance while maintaining the voice, vision, and ownership that made them want to write the book in the first place.
